Massimiliano, our Chief Revenue Officer, is looking for a Sales Enablement Assistant based out of our Milan office, following an hybrid work model.
As our first Sales Enablement Assistant you will support Massimiliano seeking to improve the overall performance and productivity of the sales team. You will ensure the sales team has the right Enablement, support, systems and resources to perform effectively and efficiently, to improve sales results and increase revenue.
You will support in:
- Creating a well structured onboarding process for colleagues coming into the sales team.
- Creating from scratch the Sales Academy - this will be the first sales training academy within Scalapay that will help our sales and marketing colleagues grow and thrive within the company.
- Understanding the needs of the Sales team - analyze what is needed and by whom, from there you will design a roadmap of all the activities to bring forward.
- Work closely with our Marketing, Strategy and Operations departments to create material to support sales
- Creating, optimizing, and keeping updated the Scalapay Playbook
You’ll be great in this role if:
- Have experience in sales
- You are not shy, you will be presenting a lot
- Great at preparing presentations, create visuals are key
- Result oriented
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate information clearly
- Fluent in Italian and English

Recruitment Process:
1) A quick chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members
2) A first set of interviews with the Hiring Manager to deep dive into your experiences and better understand your motivation - for sure at least one of these will be face to face
3) A case study to test your hard skills, that will be debriefed with a panel of future internal stakeholders
4) A final chat with Simone (our CEO) where he will share and assess the Scalapay Values
