Inserita nel contesto dell’A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel, ricerchiamo una risorsa per l’ufficio Cluster Booking & Revenue.

**POSIZIONE**:
Booking Reservation Executive

Dovrà creare un’esperienza piacevole nella conversazione, rispondere alle domande relative alla struttura ed ai suoi servizi, mostrando capacità naturali di upselling; aggiornare ed inserire correttamente i dati all’interno del sistema di prenotazione.

Inoltre, dovrà mantenere alta la qualità del servizio erogato grazie ad una conoscenza di programmi specifici e delle procedure di prenotazione interne alla Compagnia.

**COMPETENZE RICHIESTE**:

- Ottima conoscenza della Lingua inglese parlata e scritta, costituirà titolo preferenziale l’ottima conoscenza di una seconda lingua;
- Elevata attitudine a relazionarsi al telefono con il cliente: doti comunicative e proprietà di linguaggio;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in alberghi strutturati 4-5 stelle;
- Preferibile conoscenza del gestionale Protel.

**REQUISITI**:

- Si richiede comprovata esperienza in posizioni analoghe, maturata preferibilmente in strutture di simile categoria e/o centri benessere
- Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali e alla soddisfazione del cliente, problem-solving
- Orientamento all'ospitalità
- Buone capacità comunicative e commerciali

La risorsa inserita parteciperà al sistema incentivante basato sulle vendite.

Contratto di lavoro: Inserimento a tempo determinato della durata di 1 anno finalizzato alla stabilizzazione.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: €1.400,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
