You'll help create an engaging, smooth, and safe experience for everyone stepping into our immersive world. **What You’ll Do**: - Welcome and guide guests through their IKONO journey - Support with ticket sales and reservations (both online and in-person) - Assist at the venue store stand and manage basic restocking - Help with maintenance checks to ensure top-notch conditions of the space - Monitor and assist during the exhibition route - Contribute to small fixes or setups to keep the experience flawless **What Makes You a Great Fit**: - Friendly, proactive, and service-minded. - Strong communication skills in English, and Italian. Spanish, French and other european languages would be an advantage - Team-oriented and eager to learn. - Comfortable with flexible schedules and physically active tasks (e.g., walking, bending, lifting light items). - Bonus points if you have any previous customer service experience or are familiar with cash handling.
