At dentsu we are looking for an International Business Partner to be employed in our Milan office.
The purpose of the role is to support the International Hub Director in handing and growing global accounts. The International Business Partner is key when it comes to building strong client relationships, driving international business culture within the Hub and generating revenues for our group. You will focus on delivering excellence in Client management and services that generate business growth for our global clients.
Job Description:
- Key responsabilities:
- Client Management- Serve as the senior point of contact for the Client’s Corporate Marketing & Media teams- Lead the development and execution of global communications strategies- Ensure seamless day-to-day management of all client accounts
Planning & Strategy- Oversee global planning and reporting across key markets for all campaign types (offline and digital)- Supervise the development of global media strategies and provide clear, actionable recommendations- Deliver industry-leading & innovative planning solutions that drive Client’s business growth- Strengthen and expand relationships with international publishers- Cultivate and grow collaboration with Dentsu International stakeholders- Identify and scale upsell opportunities across global markets
- Team Leadership- Manage internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations for agency service- Lead and support team members to foster professional development and growth
- Requirements:
- 8+ years of client management experience, with a proven track record of building strong, trust-based relationships and long-term partnerships with clients- Extensive experience managing international clients, including complex scenarios involving multiple stakeholders- Strong ability to navigate and resolve complex situations with multiple stakeholders across different markets and functions- Deep knowledge of media channels, both online and offline, with a focus on international media ecosystems, including major players and publishers- Open mindset with the ability to leverage insights and analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Skilled at transforming data into actionable insights for media planning- Proven ability to develop and drive global media strategies and ensure effective local implementation- Hands-on people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams- Full professional proficiency in English- Proven track record in business development and growth, identifying opportunities and scaling client engagements- Additional languages (French or Spanish) are a plus, though not required- Experience in the luxury sector is a plus, though not mandatory; a strong affinity and understanding of the luxury market is highly valued
