**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We are looking for **Ceremony Protocol Coordinator.**

The identified resource will be responsible for:

- Coordinate protocol activities for the ceremonies;
- Implement protocol elements according to the IOC/IPC Protocol Manuals at the ceremonies;
- Plan and coordinate the management of the OF/PF stands at the ceremonies;
- Coordinate the management of the OF/PF lounges at the ceremonies;
- Liaise with all relevant FA and internal and external stakeholders to plan the operations and an appropriate level of service for OF/PF for the ceremonies;
- Draft of documents required by the function.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of work experience;
- Olympic/Paralympic and/or international events stakeholder services and protocol management;
- Planning of the operations of a complex event;
- Able in people & services management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus);
- English Level C2 + a knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 + Power Point.
