We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as** **Accounting Specialist**

As
**Accounting Specialist** you will:

- Have daily control of financial flows and bank reconciliations;
- Manage the billing/active invoicing process (monthly/quarterly);
- Be responsible for helping clients and suppliers with their financial issues and questions by collaborating with the Sales and Account Management team;
- Manage payment cycles;
- Perform month-end bank account reconciliations and financial close, coordinating with external fiscal/tax consultants;
- Produce monthly reports to help business decision making;
- Structure and optimize internal invoicing and accounting processes;
- Collaborate closely with COO and Head of Finance in preparing forecasts and budgets.
- Entry level - less than one year experience in similar role
- Excellent analytics skills
- Knowledge of accounting rules
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Proactivity and continuous improvement attitude
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Economics or Business degree
