**Position**:
Durante questo stage di 6 mesi, supporterai il dipartimento di Textile Research & Development per la continua ricerca di nuovi stili, nuovi materiali e nuove idee di proposte per il lanificio e per l’ufficio stile, sia internamente che esternamente.

**Job responsibilities**:
In particolare, sarai coinvolto/a nelle seguenti attività:

- **Ricerca e Sviluppo Tendenze**:

- Supportare lo sviluppo di idee innovative e proposte di tendenza, collaborando con fornitori esterni e il lanificio Loro Piana.
- Contribuire alla ricerca continua di tendenze stilistiche innovative nel settore tessile, in linea con l'identità di Loro Piana.
- Supportare la creazione di un laboratorio di creatività dedicato ai tessuti fuori stagione.
- **Creazione e Sviluppo Prodotto**:

- Assistere nella creazione di proposte di tessuto per collezioni, progetti speciali e iniziative fuori collezione.
- Collaborare con il fabrics coordinator per individuare alternative che soddisfino le esigenze stilistiche delle nuove collezioni.
- Assistere nella valutazione della qualità dei tessuti.
- **Gestione Fornitori e Collaborazioni**:

- Identificare e contattare nuovi fornitori per ampliare la nostra offerta di tessuti.
- Partecipare ai briefing con l'ufficio stile, offrendo suggerimenti e alternative creative.

**Profile**:

- Laurea in Fashion Design, Textile Design, o affini;
- Conoscenza professionale di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint) e capacità di lavorare con il pacchetto Adobe (Photoshop e InDesign), la conoscenza pregressa di PLM e AS400 è considerata un plus;
- Conoscenza professionale di italiano e inglese, sia parlato che scritto;
- Capacità di problem solving, precisione, attenzione ai dettagli, attitudine al lavoro di squadra e flessibilità;
- Spiccata passione per il settore.
