Textile Product Development Manager

Ferò Milano is one of our valuable brands. Ferò was born from a “dream of luxury for homes” of the designer Fernando Prete. The Ferò brand is based on its creator's twenty years of experience in international contexts at the highest levels in the home têxtile sector. After the acquisition, Ferò increased its presence within multiple channels, such as D2C, Telesales, Digital B2B and physical stores, selling its high quality products.

**Who you are**:
You are a highly experienced professional in the home-têxtile, who combines a keen aesthetic taste and sensitivity, along with commercial and technical competence.
- At least 10 years of experience in the têxtile industry, with a proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle;
- In-depth knowledge of product design and cost construction, with a focus on quality enhancement;
- Aesthetic taste and sensitivity, along with commercial and technical competence;
- Experience in supplier management and product quality evaluation;
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

**What you will do**:
You will have the opportunity to bring to life a high-quality têxtile product range that will captivate both B2C and B2B customers and elevate their home experiences. You will move along a product development journey, taking into account the relationship with many stakeholders.

Main tasks and objectives of the role:

- Stay updated on market trends and conduct market research;
- Develop new products and launch e-commerce collections;
- Develop new products and propose collections for our B2B Partners;
- Prepare product specification sheets;
- Oversee first trial production (if necessary);
- Manage logistics of samples and ensure product quality control;
- Coordinate and manage photoshoots,
- Lead the price negotiation for products;
- Attend industry trade shows to research new suppliers;
- Support the PR, social media, and marketing teams;
- Contribute to the creation of brand identity and support brand guidelines.
