**JSB Solutions**, società di servizi nel settore Life Science che offre consulenza, gestione di studi clinici e sviluppo software, con 3 sedi in Italia (Firenze, Parma e Milano) è alla ricerca di un **Project Manager Life Science** _(JSB.FRK.24.008)_ da inserire all'interno della nostra divisione **Operations**.
- supportare i Manager e/o Team Leader nella gestione dei progetti cross function;
- preparare piani di progetto con dettaglio di obiettivi, tempi, milestones e budget;
- monitorare costantemente la timeline di progetto, analizzando l’allocazione di risorse e l’adesione del budget assegnato;
- interagire direttamente con i clienti, per una corretta analisi dei requisiti e per intervenire se necessarie successive azioni correttive nello sviluppo del progetto;
- condurre riunioni di progetto ed elaborare la conseguente reportistica, al fine di garantire un costante follow up e mettere in pratica le azioni richieste;
- facilitare l'interazione del team e la comunicazione tra le parti coinvolte nella realizzazione del progetto.
**Requisiti richiesti dal ruolo**:
- preferibile conoscenza di tools di Project Management;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato);
- capacità analitiche e organizzative;
- predisposizione nel collaborare efficacemente con gruppi di lavoro eterogenei e spesso internazionali, all’interno di contesti dinamici e in rapida evoluzione;
- ottime capacità comunicative-relazionali;
- problem solving e decision making.
