L’Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort, iconico 5 stelle lusso affacciato sul mare e simbolo dell’eleganza veneziana, è alla ricerca di un/a Sous Chef Pastry talentuoso/a e motivato/a da inserire nel nostro team di Cucina.
**Responsabilità principali**
- Gestione dell’intera sezione pasticceria, garantendo standard elevati in qualità, presentazione e gusto.
- Contribuire alla creazione e realizzazione di dessert raffinati per ristoranti, banchetti, room service ed eventi di lusso.
- Coordinare e formare il team di pasticceria, supervisionando i processi produttivi e assicurando il rispetto delle normative HACCP.
- Collaborare con gli altri reparti di cucina per la pianificazione dei menù e la gestione efficiente delle attività giornaliere.
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza consolidata (minimo 3 anni) in un ruolo analogo presso strutture alberghiere di alto livello o ristoranti gourmet.
- Ottime competenze tecniche in pasticceria classica e moderna, cioccolateria e decorazione.
- Capacità organizzative, leadership e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Flessibilità, spirito di squadra e orientamento al cliente.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
