R&I PROJECT MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE

The R&I Project Manager operates in the Research and Innovation Department, contribuiting actively to the realization of challenging New Product Development (NPD) and Research projects.

**Activities**
- Coordinate multidisciplinary (onsite and remote) teams through the maturity phases of the NPD (New Product Development) process and monitor the budget and resources consumption in function of the success of the evolving stage.
- Define, control and update processes, policies, and procedures for the efficient and effective planning and monitoring of project resources.
- Trigger and support the creation of all project documentation, like project plan, reports, monitoring tools, etc.
- Support, stimulate and guide new concepts ideation, design, prototyping, and verification assessment.
- Support the identification of production technologies, helping technical specialists to ensure projects execution and continuous improvements initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Master of Science, PhD, or equivalent in engineering, or comparable discipline, with knowledge of project management and experience in execution and controlling multidisciplinary project teams.
- Acquaintances of financial and budgeting principles as well as practical experience in projects monitoring and reporting tools (SAP, MSProjects, MSTeams, advanced Excel, Powerpoint ).
- Systematic and thorough approach to work. Inquisitive and motivated to solve problems as an individual and as part of a larger team.
- It is expected minimum 6 years of experience in a structured environment working with engineers of different disciplines and different levels of expertise, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with researchers, engineers, and executives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated individual, capable of performing duties with limited supervision while conforming to tight work completion deadlines.
- Fluency in English is a must, another European language is a plus.
