Marni is looking for a **Client Advisors** to join its **Marni Market** in **Florence** **JOB PURPOSE** - Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times - Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results - Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs. - Prove Brand and product knowledge - Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax free, invoices in a punctual and accurate manner - Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures. - Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor. **KEY REQUIREMENTS** - Previous experience in sales roles; - Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; - Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset; - Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity; - Strong communication skills ; - Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
