**Technical and Design Promotion Specialist**:

ABB Sales 360° is an ABB Electrification program to become sales experts: our goal is to build a never-ending knowledge network with experiences and values relevant for our organization and our people. You will plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience (consultants, design institutes, engineering/architect offices, authorities etc.) in order to create the market demand and need for the features/products. Build long term customer relationships and identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools.

**This position reports to**:
Technical & Design Promotion Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement proactive promotional activities for the customer target group including e.g. technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars and education material.
- Prepare plans for visits and perform regular status reviews, including the analysis and output of the target audience visits.
- Ensure efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy.
- Manage and drive education of the target audience by conducting and organizing appropriate training interventions.

**Your background**:

- Engineering degree or technical diploma (electrical, electronic, mechanical, management, energy..) with 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience in sales is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Ability to communicate both in Italian and English languages.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent team player.
