Attraverso Cerved Credit Management Group siamo il primo player indipendente italiano nella valutazione, gestione e recupero di crediti problematici e beni connessi, assistendo i nostri clienti anche durante le delicate fasi di recupero.
Per rafforzare il team Administrative Support stiamo cercando una persona in sostituzione maternità che si occuperà di:
- Controllare e registrare le fatture in un sistema dedicato;
- Relazionarsi ed interfacciarsi con i fornitori;
- Gestire la reportistica sulle spese;
- Controllare i contratti.
La persona che ricerchiamo:
- Ha preferibilmente un diploma in Ragioneria o laurea in discipline economiche o giurisprudenza;
- ha maturato una pregressa esperienza di 1-2 anni in società di servizi, preferibilmente in società di recupero crediti, studi professionali o amministrazioni di società;
- è precisa ed organizzata;
- è flessibile, ha una buona propensione al teamwork ed è in grado di relazionarsi in modo efficace con interlocutori interni ed esterni;
- ha una buona conoscenza di Excel;
- Conosce i fondamentali (fattura, proforma, ritenuta d’acconto) della contabilità generale;
- Ha una buona padronanza nella gestione di caselle postali e sistemi informatici.
