For a multinational company operating in the Education sector we are looking for a Finance Manager who reporting to the Italian CEO and dotted line to the Global Finance Director.

The role will manage Company’s finance and budget while ensuring accounting/administrative support to the organization managing a team of 4 resources).

This role will have frequently interaction with English mother tongue colleagues, so it is mandatory fluent English.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Accounting, Treasury and Reporting**:

- Preparation of monthly management accounts and monthly KPI reporting
- Preparation of monthly finance IFRS reporting pack for issue to overseas HQ finance team
- Preparation of the financial statements and coordination of tax advisor, auditors and labor consultant
- Treasury Management and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Oversee the collection of all debts and ensuring client accounts are maintained within normal payment terms
- Collation of KPI information such as occupancy, headcount, CTS
- Provide insightful analysis of the financial reports

**Finance and Controlling**:

- Cost Controlling and Capex
- Ownership and population of the Budget and Forecast models
- Provide support to group with the integration of the current business, acquisitions and new site openings into group accounting systems and processes

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Business/finance and management qualification / degree or qualified by experience.
- Professionally Bilingual (English/Italian) to liaise with the English Mother Tongues
- 8+ years of experience in medium-size multinational company (100 employees), preferably operating in multi-site service sector (such us different stores, facilities,..)
- Professional experience with use of Excel and complex ERP
- Strong practical knowledge of financial accounting and financial reporting standards including Italian, IFRS
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex topics for communication to headquarter
- Work experience in an international environment preferred
