Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager for a global role located in our Milano offices.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Finance the Finance Manager will be responsible for coordinating /managing all activities related to special projects & new acquisition integrations such as developing, implementing Flex procedures and systems, implementing finance process improvements and best practices, procedures, and policies to ensure accurate and timely data that is in compliance with corporate and legislative requirements

What a typical day looks like:

- Ensures Sarbanes Oxley compliance in accordance with Flex standard policy and procedures for financial reporting.
- Provides senior leadership team with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
- Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities, risks, and profitability improvement strategies.
- Coordinates with all levels to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding acquisition activity and new business planning.
- Provide Training for finance and finance process related staff
- Hands on approach to agreed solutions implementation- Prepares presentations including quarterly business reviews, annual budgets and long term strategic planning initiatives.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Finished degree in Business management, Finance or Accounting, Business analytics or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience as Finance Manager.
- Experience into Project accounting.
- Experience into SOX, Controlling and Forecasting.
- Proficient in English is a must to lead advance technical discussions with international teams and stakeholders and Italian would be a plus.
- Knowledge on Excel is a must, as well as experience with various ERP systems
