**Role Overview**
As a Strategy and Financial Planning Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our Strategy team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to support financial and business decision-making. Your work will help drive business planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives that promote business growth and efficiency.

You will be reporting to the Strategy Director and working closely with many teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.

Your mission:

- ** Support financial planning and analysis.** Assist in developing the business plan, budgets, and analyses, contributing to data-driven business decisions.
- ** Cross-functional collaboration.** Partner with finance, marketing, HR, and business development teams, to collect and analyze data, ensuring accurate financial planning and strategic alignment.
- ** Analyze revenue and costs.** Analyze revenue streams and cost structures, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to enhance profitability.
- ** Maintain financial models and reporting.** Ensure that financial models and reports are up to date and provide accurate information to support performance monitoring.
- ** Contribute to strategic initiatives.** Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, market trends, and strategies to support senior leadership's decision-making processes.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Relevant experience.** 1-3 years of experience in strategic finance, or accounting roles. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA, FP&A) is a plus.
- ** Accounting knowledge.** Solid understanding of the three core financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) and how they interrelate in financial analysis.
- ** Analytical mindset.** You have a strong interest in analyzing business and financial data, identifying trends, and translating analysis into actionable business insights.
- ** Knowledgeable about financial tools.** You’re competent in Excel and have experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is a strong plus.
- ** Detail-oriented.** You can bring attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, efficiently managing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- ** Team-player attitude & growth mindset.** You are comfortable working in collaborative environments, eager to learn and adapt, with a passion for contributing to the company’s strategic goals.
- ** Language proficiency.** You are fluent in Italian and English
