**Strategy & Financial Planning Junior Analyst**

The Strategy & Financial Planning Junior Analyst will provide support on the development and implementation of internal strategic projects and growth initiatives, as well as prepare financial analysis of the business unit. The role will have constant exposure with Marsh Advisory colleagues from several Regions (EMEA, Asia-PAC, and Latin America) and other Marsh teams (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Sales). This is an internal consulting role with emphasis on strategy, project management, and financial planning, and not a client-facing role.

**We will count on you to**:

- Strategy & Project Management_
- Support the development and implementation of strategic projects with the aim of increasing profitability, solving business issues or standardizing the activity across different regions
- Liaise with Practice Leaders (e.g. Cyber Risk Consulting and ESG Leaders) on developing business strategies to grow the top and the bottom line and develop innovative solutions to clients
- Develop ad hoc material for Talent Management activities (Mobility Program, Connectivity, Training)
- Financial Planning_
- Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and planning views, highlighting material variances, risks and opportunities, range of outcomes
- Prepare ad hoc documents and presentations for internal meetings

**What you need to have**:

- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering
- Ability to work independently, with good judgement and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
