**All about the role**

As a Junior Courier Coordinator you will play a fundamental role in supporting our hub operations.
This means you will partner with the City Operations Manager and Courier Coordinators to ensure that our hub is always organised in order to guarantee the smooth running of operations.

As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:

- Coordinate hub operations to ensure that couriers equipment is stored, handled and dispatched safely, timely and efficiently
- Check state of equipment and coordinate repairs of broken equipment with external parties
- Ensure equipment is replaced when repair is not possible
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing equipment and repairs and perform basic administrative tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of hub
- Maintain records of stock for office and cleaning supplies
- Provide city coordinator with feedback on the state of the fleet
- Operate as a linking pin between couriers and courier coordinators
- Ensure shifts run optimally and resolve operational issues

**Can you deliver**

Here's what we're looking for from our hub support:

- 1+ years' experience in a relevant\similar role (e.g. facility support)
- Fluent level of Italian and good English knowledge;
- Effective communicator (written & verbal) with an eye for detail and a resilient approach
- Available to work on shifts and night shifts (until 23:30), including weekends and evenings
- Competent PC user with the ability to multitask/toggle between multiple systems with ease
- Embraces ownership and accountability
- Great teammate, willing to share and adopt ideas and best practice with professionalism and respect
- Availability to work part-time
