**About This Role**

**As a Courier Coordinator, you’ll be the key contact for our ‘Scoober’ fleet. You, as a natural leader, are able to help ensure things run smoothly for them. If anything is stopping them from hitting the road, you’re able to solve issues and answer their queries. You are responsible for the performance and success of your fleet **

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- ** Hire new couriers and onboard them, explaining the delivery best practices;**
- ** Manage your fleet and make them grow, ensuring your couriers are top performers in your city **
- ** Resolve issues encountered in your cities -with couriers, restaurant partners etc;**
- ** Ensure the city and your fleet meet service level agreements and profitability objectives day by day.**

**What will you bring to the table?**
- ** Fluent level of Italian and good English knowledge;**
- ** Effective communicator (written & verbal) with an eye for detail and a resilient approach;**
- ** Competent PC user with the ability to multitask/toggle between multiple systems with ease;**
- ** Embraces ownership and accountability;**
- ** Great teammate, willing to share and adopt ideas and best practice with professionalism and respect.**
