LOGISTICS il looking for an
ORDER FULFILLMENT AGENT

**Specifically, it will carry out the following activities**:

- Ensures orders execution by processing products requests
- Maintains direct contact with suppliers and supervises purchasing orders issuing and confirmation by suppliers
- Searches for products when not available from contracted suppliers
- Manages discrepancy activities and related issues
- Collects data for order fulfillment reporting activities
- Notifies all relevant anomalies to the Order Fulfillment Manager
- Ensures product delivery to MSC vessels and Warehouses, while suggesting process improvement opportunities
- Liases with onboard staff to ensure efficient ordering and loading operations.

**The ideal applicant meets these requirements**:

- Previous working experience in the role, minimum 3 years
- Good understanding of supply chain activities and best practices
- Fluent English
- MS Office literate, knowledge of procurement platform is an advantage
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience
- Good organizational and problem solving skills, ability to prioritize and follow-up
- Ability to cope well with pressure and work to deadlines.
