- 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in Trade Marketing Office or similar roles
- Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or related industries
- Fluency in both Italian and English

**Position Summary**

**A day in the life of an**Office Commercial Development Manager**
- Develop the office channel strategy based on market data, research, and insights
- Create marketing and promotion plans, producing dedicated visibility materials in collaboration with the marketing department
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers and vendors
- Provide training for the sales force
- Analyze key customers and promotion results to monitor performance
- Estimate new product volumes and manage their launch with dedicated customers

**What will make you successful**
- Strong experience in a trade marketing role, preferably in the office channel
- Knowledge of various direct and indirect RTM (Route to Market)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Attuned to new trends with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
