**Activity Description**:
Reporting to the Head of DWS Communication & Marketing Italy, the person should cooperate and support Comms & Marketing activity, through the implementation of an efficient marketing strategy, using both traditional and digital marketing initiatives and tools.
- Support the planning and development of campaigns and other marketing actions both online and offline.
- Support local websites (DWS.it and Xtrackers.it) content website upload with the aim of implementing the different campaigns launched develope and optimize general contents (themes, trends, focus products etc.).
- Support the creation and/or adaptation of marketing materials
- Work with agencies for the development and execution of any marketing projectects.
- Follow-up and monitoring of the actions carried out through KPIs. Collection of the results of the actions carried out on the different platforms. Preparation of Reports.
- Support in the set up of a local social media strategy in accordance with our objectives and coordinating with Emea Marketing Team.
- Support the planning and organization of different events (conferences, breakfasts, webinars, etc.).
- Work together with the Headquarters (Comms & Marketing Frankfurt), according to existing guidelines
- Control and maintenance the merchandising.

**Personal Profile**:

- Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Dynamic and versatile person, well suited to team work
- Good knowledge of online marketing and social media
- Familiar with digital strategy analysis tools
- Languages: excellent English
- Tools: Office, use of social networks
- An additional plus is the knowledge of CRM platforms

- Promotion and Media pushing
- Final report and KPIs
