- We are seeking a Communication Insight Intern to join our team. As a Communication Insight Intern, you will support in analyzing communication insights to provide the department with essential information aimed to improve the communication strategies. Your expertise in communication and marketing analytics will contribute to optimize our communication efforts and achieving our objectives.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Insights team to develop and execute comprehensive communication reports to provide insightful information to the whole department.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a 360 overview of communication objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Help preparing recursive and ad hoc reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Supporting Press review activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in communication strategy.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in reporting and developing presentation for key stakeholders, other work experiences will be considered as a plus.
- Understanding of data analysis techniques, knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving as well as organizational and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English
