Supplier Certification and Compliance Administration

Refresco, il più grande imbottigliatore indipendente al mondo per i clienti Retail e A-brand, è alla ricerca di un/una **Supplier Certification and Compliance administration** **da inserire all’interno del Team Finance per la Business Unit italiana.
La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- garantire la gestione del processo di qualifica dei fornitori secondo le policy aziendali e le best practice di riferimento
- monitoraggio delle scadenze e richiesta ai fornitori di DURC, DURF e White List
- archiviazione dei contratti
- creazione e gestione delle anagrafiche di fornitori e clienti nei sistemi gestionali aziendali
- predisposizione di reportistica
- predisposizione procedure interne
- gestione relazione con i consulenti esterni (advisor, legale, fornitori)
Competenze ed esperienze richieste:
- gradita esperienza pregressa in ambito amministrativo
- diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado o laurea in materie economiche/giuridiche
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
