**Posizione**

La Risorsa, a diretto riporto del Managing Director, sarà responsabile della organizzazione e moderazione di tavole rotonde online riservate a professionisti del mondo HR ed avrà assegnati obiettivi commerciali.

**Attività**

La risorsa sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

- Sviluppo e costruzione di programmi per incontri in ambito HR
- Gestione di aule digitali e moderazione delle stesse
- Individuazione delle tematiche di interesse per gli incontri in ambito HR
- Coordinamento delle figure del processo/progetto assegnato
- Gestire relazioni con manager HR
- Business development e gestione del portafoglio assegnato
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza almeno biennale come consultant su tematiche HR
- Conoscenza di tematiche legate al settore HR
- Capacità di lavorare su piatteforme digitali
- Esperienza come program/project manager
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte
**Sede**: Smartworking
