- Following UniCredit Digital Transformation plan to become a truly integrated, fast and efficient digital bank, the
- **Group Digital & Strategic Functions People & Culture (HR) **structure supports the Group Digital and Strategic Functions perimeters.
- In this context, we are looking for an intern to support the execution of selected global digital initiatives.
- You will support the P&C Digital Evolution team in all the different project management activities and execution activities for the initiative around the digitalization of the global recruiting process. You will focus in particular on:

- Preparation of documentation on the project progress and update of Company tools
- Collection and mapping of business and functional requirements in collaboration with the various recruiting and HRPBs teams across Italy
- Analysis and consolidation of key workflow steps (e.g. detailed mapping of activity steps of the job posting phase) and fields parameterization (e.g. screening fields) for tool configuration by the IT team
- Comparison of process practices across countries (Ger, Aut, Ita) and their harmonization
- Support in managing interviews with stakeholders to facilitate decision making and convergence
