We partner with businesses to help them grow incrementally by modernizing their media and marketing capabilities at the speed of change. As part of the largest Global Media network, we work closely with GroupM agencies to give brands access to more than 6,500 technology and data consultants, connecting data and technology investments to business results, while helping them stay at the forefront of innovation.

We are looking for a passionate, highly driven and curious eCommerce Consultant to join our Acceleration Commerce Team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop e-commerce strategies across different channels managed by the business: d2c, Amazon, Retailer and Marketplaces.
- Evaluate and provide gaps and opportunities mapping following markets and competitive scenarios.
- Analyze e-commerce metrics, design and develop reports - together with channel performances - to identify actions and optimizations to reach sales targets and business goals.
- Provide data driven recommendation supporting assortment strategies and media investment allocation along different channels with a particular focus on D2C and Amazon.
- Develop Customer Experiences projects including customer journeys analysis and new use cases proposal.
- Work closely with Acceleration and GroupM teams and specialists - Tech, CRM, CRO and Analytics, Media - to coordinate synergies and multi discipline projects delivery.
- Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in order to lead the whole process, from data collection up to final presentation and discussion with the client.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years professional experience in e-Commerce
- Experience with Amazon and Retailers would be considered a plus
- Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing, Business Economics or any related field
- Fluency in new technologies and current trends in e-Commerce
- Knowledge of eCommerce activation channels (CRM, Media, SEO)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Experienced working in a heavily matrixed environment
- Highly organized with strong quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with ability to communicate effectively both within the network (GroupM agencies) and to a range of client levels
- Proven ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Fluent English is a must
