**Description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic
**SEO Consultant**
***who wishes to join a motivating and ever-changing context. In other words, our next colleague willing to grow with us, discovering how SEO integrates in complex digital performance-driven strategies.

She/He will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as tech assessments and optimizations, content strategies and link building to increase rankings on all major search networks. These tasks belong to SEO projects designed for prestigious client companies in different industries, with a high standard of advice, strategic and operational support.

She/He will work closely with the other SEO Consultants and Managers, Web Analysts and Accounts to cure offers and implement SEO strategies in synergy with other digital levers.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyzing business requirements to propose the most performing SEO project’s solutions
- Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Researching and implementing technical and content recommendations for SEO success
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Provide thorough and insightful data analysis, for clients’ properties and for competitors as well
- Continually look for opportunities to streamline and improve processes
- Ensuring timely and accurately monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required
- Integrate SEO strategy in a wider digital marketing scenario according to clients’ needs

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree in engineering, marketing or a related field
- From 2 to 3 years of experience, in agency or in-house
- Proven SEO working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
- Deep knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Prior experience in technical SEO, better if for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe) and most common data visualization tools (i.e. Looker Studio)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong familiarity with the most common search tools (Google Search Console, SemRush, Lumar, Screaming frog, AWR, Majestic, etc)
- Experience in running content and link building strategies
- Basic understanding of the main synergies between SEO and SEA
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Good speaking of English language. Second European language is a plus. We work on several international projects, so this requirement cannot be overlooked.
- Excel and PowerPoint good knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Successfully meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently
