Per nota azienda multinazionale, leader nel proprio settore di riferimento, ricerchiamo un/a:
**FINANCIAL PLANNING & ACCOUNTING MANAGER / RESPONSABILE PIANIFICAZIONE FINANZIARIA E CONTABILITÀ**

La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente al CFO, garantisce un efficace controllo e pianificazione finanziaria di tutte le voci di P&L (Profit & Loss), BS (Business) e FCF (Free Cash Flow).

È responsabile di assicurare la chiusura periodica di fine mese e le attività amministrativo-contabili in conformità con la contabilità di Gruppo (IFRS) e con le normative legali e fiscali locali.

È responsabile della gestione della tesoreria e della fiscalità.

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’**:

- Eseguire le chiusure periodiche e preparare i bilanci infra-annuali e annuali.
- Supervisionare il consolidamento impeccabile nel sistema aziendale di tutte le voci finanziarie sia a fine mese che durante i cicli di pianificazione.
- Garantire un'analisi di alta qualità degli scostamenti rispetto al piano e suggerire azioni correttive.
- Mantenere alta l'attenzione sulla redditività e sulla liquidità.
- Eseguire analisi ad hoc.
- Essere responsabile della corretta esecuzione del controllo periodico di routine delle registrazioni, della riconciliazione di registro e sottoregistro e del processo/documentazione di chiusura (ad esempio: ratei e accantonamenti).
- Supervisionare la tesoreria e le imposte.
- Gestire i rapporti con i consulenti esterni coinvolti in questioni amministrative, fiscali, societarie e legali, comprese le questioni intercompany e preparare i report richiesti.
- Collaborare con la società di revisione per le verifiche di conformità amministrativo-contabile.
- Agire come modello per la comunità finanziaria.

**REQUISITI**:

- Eccellente curriculum accademico, laurea in economia o in un settore correlato.
- Consolidata esperienza pregressa nel ruolo.
- Capacità di leadership, con spiccate doti relazionali, organizzative e di coordinamento.
- Capacità di fare da mentore e di sviluppare i talenti.
- Esperienza pregressa nel coordinamento di piccoli gruppi di dipendenti.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Proattività e forti valori etici.
