We are looking for an **Coordinator of Axle, Brakes & Chassis Mechatronics Systems **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the**Head of Chassis Mechanical & Mechatronic Systems**.

You will be responsible for the development and integration of the Axles, Brakes and Mechatronics Systems in accordance and fulfilment of the stated dates of releases and engineering costs within the overall project timetable.
- Technical oversight of whole project/s inside his/her responsibility perimeter, with the target to coordinate and lead the projects from technical point of view, according to defined target of design, weight, performances and quality
- Support Proto Procurement dept. while choosing suppliers/partners (forward sourcing) with technical specifics (LAH) and technical details
- Ensure lesson learned and robustness of engineering concepts within the entire perimeter in his/her responsibility
- Coordinate the activities of the resources that oversee axles, brakes and chassis mechatronics systems development
- Direct connection with CTEs for critical item and escalation/deep dive topics
- Support to BU Head Of in budget bottom up definition, and support to SET Leader for budget tracking and for solution definitions according to Budget availability
- Prepapre report and if needed escalate to BU Head of
- Participate to regular meeting for updates within Group companies
- Analyze and find solutions for possible criticalities in accordance with other company departments
- Support assembly plant for assembly procedures and parameters definition
- Manage components / systems with high homologation relevance: particularly strong dependency on the legislation (e.g. UNECE R13H, R79, R139, R140) including self
- certification market (FMVSS,CMVSS,KMVSS) and influences exhaust gas, consumption and particulate emissions.

**About you**
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 8 years’ experience in Automotive OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers
- Experience in Systems Engineering / Vehicle development, Chassis mechanical and mechatronic
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Brakes and Steering systems knowledge
