We are looking for a **Motorsport After Sales Logistics** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically reports to **Head of Motorsport** and functionally reporting to **Coordination of Supply chain & After sales Motorsport**.

You will support the Coordination of Supply chain & After sales motorsport ensuring successful spare parts logistics to continuously improve service and increase customer satisfaction & retention. You will be responsible in supply chain planning and/or trucks stock on site at racetracks to fulfil customers’ demand. You will be responsible of racetrack operations to assuring the highest service level for customers during the assigned events and you will be the touch point for customers for technical assistance on components research at racetrack and/or remotely.
- Suppliers’ orders and/or ST & GT3 trucks stock planning to fulfil customer demands on site at racetracks and/or remotely according to the specific motorsport procedures.
- Sales data analysis to proactively suggest specific customers’ and/or suppliers’ strategy to the Supply chain & After sales team or Coordinator.
- Suppliers and/or Customers order creation and management, shipment tracking and reporting.
- Supplier and/or Customers issues management and escalation.
- Selling spare components during race weekend according to the specific Motorsport procedures and company guidelines.
- Customer support on specific components research on site at racetracks and/or remotely.
- Engine & gearbox overhaul booking management and/or execution with assigned suppliers.
- Worldwide (EU, USA, APAC) warehouses monitoring and/or inventory support.
- Motorsport R&D support regarding needed testing components.
- Entering/updating/analysing of data in the systems (SAP).
- Invoices management.

**About you**
- University degree or high school degree with relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years of After Sales /supply chain experience in automotive environment
- Motorsport experience is a plus
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in Operations Management/Supply chain
- General race car different area technical knowledge
- Office Excel advanced
- Knowledge of SAP system
