Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Sales Planning **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Sales Operations and Planning** and functionally reports to** Coordination of Operations & Planning.**
You will be responsible to plan worldwide sales (short term) model mix/volumes and to steer the order management process through regions.
**Your main activities will be**:
Short term planning
- Allocation plan monthly monitoring (planning vs. sales) and re-planning by involving regions to grant an effective target communication process (all network level: regions, area managers, dealers)
- Alignment with Production /Logistics planning units (Program planning) and escalation within production planning meetings in case of not solved issues
- Planning data management into the Group system
**About you**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics or Statistics
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Planning & order management
- Fluent in English, German will be considered a plus
- Relational skills
