We are currently looking for an exceptional PYP Italian and English Language Support Collaborator from October 2025.

We are looking for passionate teachers who give their students hope for the future and can help them grow and be better than their previous best.

**Qualifications requested**
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and teacher qualification.
- Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA).
- Immaculate police check(s).

**Experience**
- Specialist skills & knowledge.
- Fluent level English and Italian: reading, speaking, writing (Common European Framework of Reference - CEFR level C1-C2).

**Job description - Classroom teaching responsibilities**
- Establish classroom environments that are creative, focused, engaging and which embody IB philosophy and the mission statement of the school.
- Use flexible teaching methodologies that engage students with diverse learning styles.
- Lead by example, demonstrate the IB learner profile in action and guide students towards becoming open-minded, compassionate, thoughtful learners with a global perspective.
- Assess and respond to student abilities and progress, adapting their approach with different teaching styles.
- Effective use of the learning management system.
- Set and mark students’ work accurately and promptly, giving guidance and work according to their needs, supporting their development and progression.
- Provide regular and supportive feedback to students and parents.
- Support students' personal development and wellbeing and seek support from the School Counsellor and Programme Heads where welfare concerns are identified.
