Clinical Innovation & Implementation Manager

**The Position**
- As our Innovation and Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing innovative clinical projects, as well as tracking and analysing clinical activities throughout CDC Italy, with the aim of maximizing clinical quality, operational excellence and business results.- Furthermore, you will:
- Lead clinical project improvements execution for our CDC Italy by securing collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and change leads
- Boost Innovation by CDC level initiatives or projects.
- Track clinical trial performance & productivity deliverables throughout the CDC and analysing reports to support CDC Management and Trial operations staff
- Support CDC management by creating/maintaining process, tools and systems to share information and documents to ensure operational excellence.
**Qualifications**
- To be successful for this position, you have a Life Sciences background, preferably specializing in data analytics or Clinical Trial Management, coupled with passion for digital innovation. You have good understanding of change management principles, analytical mindset, result driven and problem-solving skills.
- In addition, you have:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet business deadlines
- Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerBI & applicable clinical trials systems
- GenAI and Machine Learning proficiency is an additional value
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
**About the Department**
- CDC Italy is part of Region South East Europe, Middle East and Africa (SEEMEA) and is a new set-up of clinical organization in Novo Nordisk Italy.
