**What you will be doing**
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry. If you are highly motivated and have experience in customer service, we are hiring for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Milan.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage large amounts of incoming tickets identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible
- Manage outbound calls;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support to guarantee an excellent Customers experience
- Collaborate with other operations teams to ensure fast resolution to user requests;
- Keep yourself constantly updated on the policies and procedures in force to guarantee an excellent level of service;
- Do escalation, when necessary, to their managers for any technical issues that could impact the customer’s experience.
