Customer Support Specialist – Fedrigoni GroupJoin to apply for the Customer Support Specialist role at Fedrigoni Group.Ready to deliver an outstanding customer experience?At Fedrigoni, we have a strong ambition to amaze the world – by transforming our industry, achieving new levels of innovation, elevating creativity, and building a sustainable future while growing rapidly.We want to reinvent the boundaries of what our industry can do.We're empowered to make that happen: taking responsibility, ownership, and risks.The journey can be challenging, yet we are supported and empowered to perform.We are trusted to be accountable and responsible for our decisions.Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.Discover Extraordinary Every Day.The role designed for youIn your role as Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of our Customer Care team based in Milan and you will contribute to achieving the company sales target, providing an excellent level of customer service to our current clients in the Italian market.ResponsibilitiesPerform sales orders in our ERP system (SAP), from entry to dispatch.Enter requests for offers for special customized products in our ERP.Manage sample requests in our ERP.Organize shipments to customers, track orders to delivery, address post-sale shipping issues and strive for continuous improvement of OTD (On Time Delivery) metric.Act as the assigned point of reference for your group of Sales Agents, supporting them in managing customer requests.Guarantee a high-level customer experience, understanding and supporting customer needs and requirements.Perform reactive cross-selling activity to the client when requested product is not available.Follow up with clients with missed payments while processing orders.Be in charge of updating client-specific price lists.Attitudes and Skills We're Looking For4+ years of experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back-Office roles, preferably in B2B sector.Resilient, goal-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Reliable, flexible and great with people.Strong customer orientation.Good knowledge of Excel.Good knowledge of SAP.Fluent in Italian and English.Selection ProcessInterviews with the HRBP Sales & Marketing and with Customer Support Team Coordinator.LocationItaly, Milan.Learn more about life at Fedrigoni: /Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesPaper and Forest Product Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
