Responsabilità della posizione (stage):
All'interno del team Go to Market Trading supporterai nella definizione e realizzazione della comunicazione nei negozi, sia curando i materiali BTL che supportando la realizzazione di eventi. Avrai inoltre il compito di supportare le attività di analisi e la stesura di presentazioni indirizzate sia vs stakeholder interni che vs interlocutori esterni

Lavorerai in un ambiente molto dinamico, con l’opportunità di metterti alla prova anche supportando progetti nuovi e di importante visibilità aziendale.

Requisiti richiesti:
Flessibilità ed eccellente attitudine a lavorare in team Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point Organizzazione, orientamento al lavoro per scadenze ed obiettivi, senso di responsabilità sui risultati Approccio analitico e ottima capacità di problem solving Una buona conoscenza dell'inglese è considerata un plus

Principali attività:
Entrando nel team di Go to Market trading lavorerai in un ambiente molto dinamico, con responsabilità chiare ma anche con l’opportunità di metterti alla prova in progetti nuovi e di importante visibilità aziendale.

Supporterai:

- la stesura di un piano di visibilità che supporti il TOP Management nella definizione delle priorità sul Field
- l’individuazione di nuove modalità di comunicazione sul Field, in coerenza con gli obiettivi di business e le cornici di budget
- l’implementazione di progetti di Engagement ed Eventi sul Field
- la creazione e l’aggiornamento di dashboard

I tuoi principali interlocutori esterni al team saranno i canali di vendita (tutti e sia in Field che in HQ), ma anche i Programmi, l’ Agenzia Creativa e il Marketing Dovrai interfacciarti con partner e fornitori esterni Collaborerai nell’individuare, progettare e realizzare iniziative che tengano sempre presente il piano offerta e tutti gli strumenti di comunicazione sui punti vendita Dovrai essere in grado di predisporre presentazioni che aiutino nell’argomentazione delle varie progettualità, anche verso il Top Management Avrai sempre uno sguardo sulle performance delle attività

Requisiti richiesti:
