**_MISSION_**
**RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Definition and Analysis of product costs - materials, labour, overhead and variances
- Autonomous execution of monthly financial statements, stock analysis/provision calculation, dedicated Maison costs analysis
- Collaboration with the Maison division in relevant planning cycles (budget/forecast) - sales=productions volume, stock target, slow movers and provision, costs by Maison
- Business partner for organizational units (production, quality, R&D) and for accounting for the correct definition of month end closing
- Prepare focused analysis on specific topics (for example: cash flow main drivers, balance sheet variations, one-off effects, projects, etc.);
- Active participation to the live implementation of new financial flows / IT system change (just launched)
**KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS**
- Very good understanding of the cost elements at various stages of production till the finished goods dispatch (experience in fashion/manufacture company will represent a plus)
- Very good knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standards costs and deviation
- Accuracy in managing high volume, complex data
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize workload accordingly to meet organizational timelines
**PROFILE**
- Economic and Financial Master's Degree
- 4/5 years of experience in complex multinational environments (preferably experienced in luxury/fashion industries and working experience in a Big 4 is a strong plus)
- Fluent English (French will be considered as a plus);
- Good knowledge in SAP/R3 (FI/CO), SAP BW, SAP SEM, SAP Business Objects
- Skilled in MS Office, Proficiency in Excel (Pivot; macro etc.)
- Team player with ability to challenge the status quo, who can collaborate with cross-functional & multi-cultural teams and propose improvement opportunities
