**Job Description**:
As **Graphic Designer** your responsibility involves securing the correct store navigation in all stores in the country to easily guide customers through the store during their shopping, to maximize Sales & Profit and deliver a Great Customer Experience.

Act as a link between the Country Office and the Graphic Design department at the Global Head Office.

**Qualifications**:
**These are the main knowledge and skills needed to be successful in this role**:

- Previous graphic work/study experience is beneficial
- A good level in English both spoken and written
- A good level of dexterity and precision
- Good existing computer skills in Windows System/Office Suite and the ability to pick up new skills fast
- Customer centric mindset with clear understanding of the target customer(s)
- You are a sales driven, social, open and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Drive and ambition and the ability to work on your own initiative
- The ability to maintain focus and handle the pressure of a busy day
- The ability to organize, plan and priorities to maximize selling opportunities
- The ability to communicate in a clear and inspiring way
- A positive attitude and the will to learn and improve
- The ability to find simple and efficient solutions
- Delegating & leading
