- The Domain:

- The YNAP team are seeking a highly motivated Associate Web Content Producer to join the Content domain based in our Milan office. Reporting into the Lead Product Manager, you will be tasked with building marketing landing pages for the Yoox business whilst collaborating with the product team to elevate the customer experience and maximise business value.
- You Will:

- Maintain front-end code to create landing pages and web content for Yoox marketing division according to business requirements and scheduling.
- Actively collaborate with front end and back end teams to uphold coding standards which meet integrity, security and quality.
- Append analytics tracking to ensure the performance of each page can be accurately measured and assessed.
- Collaborate with product and product design in identifying opportunities to drive UX/ UI best practice and operational efficiencies in building marketing landing pages.
- Give focus to SEO to ensure each page is optimized to drive maximum organic traffic.
- Be part of a team of Product Managers with a strong Product mindset putting collaboration and accountability at the core
- You Have:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role at a web agency or an ecommerce company - preferred
- Degree in computer science or similar - preferred
- Highly skilled at using front-end development languages: HTML5, CSS3
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript both pure and jQuery library, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Strong knowledge of the main browsers and ability to find compatible solutions for any browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Explorer)
- Git/ Version Control Experience
- SEO techniques
- CSS Preprocessors (Sass, Less, etc.)
- Experience with AB testing tools e.g. Optimizely, Monetate, Qubit etc. - nice to have
- Appreciation of UX and web design aspects and attention to detail with web content aesthetics
- Experience working with a Product design team to collaborate on delivering the best customer experience - nice to have
- Good knowledge of Photoshop editing (typography, cropping, resizing and exporting) and design tools e.g. Figma
- Accomplished spoken and written English
- Strong team working skills
- Motivated to learn new technologies and development languages independently
- Proven experience in delivering measurable business value through software or initiatives you have been involved in - preferred
- Experience in reading and interpreting analytics and other data points - nice to have
- A can-do attitude with a drive and passion for delivering great customer solutions working - essential
