- **ING Bank**We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Program Management team within the Private Individuals area, specifically supporting the Mortgages, Protection and Distribution Channels Tribe. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on eperience in program coordination, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

** Key Responsibilities**:
Support the Program Manager in the planning, eecution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives within the TribeAssist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholdersHelp coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication across different teams and departmentsContribute to the tracking of milestones, deliverables, and KPIsParticipate in workshopsConduct research and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement- ** Competencies**:
