Minor Hotels Europe & Americas ricerca un/a Guest Relations Agent da inserire all'interno del Team dell’ NH Collection Milano City Life.
**GUEST RELATIONS AGENT - NH COLLECTION MILANO CITY LIFE**:
Riportando al Guest Relations Manager e rapprensentando l’Hotel e il Management, dovrà occuparsi di:
Garantire la piena soddisfazione e il benessere degli ospiti nell’ottica di assicurare un servizio eccellente in linea con i loro bisogni personali e professionali e con in loro stile di vita.
Affiancare e supportare il Guest Relations Manager nell’attività commerciale e di promozione della struttura sul territorio locale.
Requisiti imprescindibili sono l’ottimo standing e la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, oltre all'italiano, mentre la conoscenza della lingua francese costituirà titolo preferenziale.
Si richiede inoltre, preferibilmente, una significativa conoscenza del territorio locale, dei diversi eventi permanenti e temporanei legati al mondo della cultura, dell’arte e della moda
