Nr 1° HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST & LEGAL ASSISTANT

Attività lavorativa: la figura selezionata, a diretto riporto dell'HR-LEGAL Manager ed in stretta collaborazione con la Direzione Generale e i vari settori aziendali, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Supporto all'HR-Legal Manager nella ricerca e nella selezione del personale;
- Gestione pratiche assunzioni/modifiche mansioni/ cessazioni rapporti di lavoro, supporto attività on boarding;
- Rilevazione presenze (attuale softwere in uso: Fluida Station).
- relazione con il Consulente del Lavoro (payroll esterno), comunicazione agli Istituti;
- Gestione degli adempimenti periodici (mensili ed annuali) quali cedolini paga, CU, modelli 770, Inail, Uniemens, F24;
- Supporto alla gestione della contrattualistica jus lavoristica;
- Supporto alla consultazione e all'approfondimento della normativa jus lavoristica;
- Assistenza e relazione con i dipendenti per pratiche amministrative;
- Supporto alla realizzazione e alla successiva implementazione dei processi di Compensation & Benefit, secondo le linee guida della Direzione;
- Creazione, sviluppo ed aggiornamento dei sistemi di reportistica per la Direzione;
- Supporto all' HR-Legal Manager nell'analisi delle politiche retributive interne e dei trends del mercato del lavoro;
- Gestione e supervisione della formazione aziendale (esempio: mappatura del fabbisogno aziendale; rapporto con gli enti erogatori; rilevazione presenza);
- Eventuale supporto alla gestione di atti e/o documentazione e/o di operatività di natura legale/amministrativa.
- laurea a indirizzo preferibilmente giuridico;
- master e/o corsi di specializzazioni in Diritto del Lavoro, HR e/o gestione delle risorse umane costituiscono un plus;
- ottima conoscenza strumenti di Office (in particolare Excel);
- ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team;

Zona di lavoro: Roma zona Flaminio - Ponte Milvio

Orario: full time di 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 18:00.

Inquadramento: CCNL Commercio, RAL 30/35K. Contratto a tempo determinato, scopo assunzione a tempo indeterminato.

Benefit: ticket restaurant da 5,20€/day
