INTERNSHIP BACK OFFICE

La risorsa sarà inserita nel Dipartimento Viusal Merchandising nell’Headquarter di Milano e verrà formata per svolgere attività amministrative e di back office, acquisendo una visione globale dei processi, delle relazioni e dei flussi d’ordine interni.

**In particolare, si occuperà di**:
Fatturazione e Creazione dei buoni d’ordine
Compilazione file e Reports
Gestione e controllo delle forniture dello stock
Supporto per prenotazione viaggi

L'esperienza sarà altamente formativa e avrà lo scopo di rendere la risorsa autonoma nella gestione di tutte le attività, con un affiancamento di qualità e costante.

**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea Triennale o Magistrale (qualunque indirizzo)
Ottimo conoscenza di Outlook, pacchetto Office
Ottima conoscenza inglese scritta e parlata

Si offre un inserimento in stage di 6 mesi con rimborso spese di 800 euro + ticket buoni pasto di 8 euro

**Orario di lavoro**:
full time - dal Lunedì al Venerdì
