**Internship Retail Back Office**:
Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

The Intern will report to the Europe Operations Manager. She/he is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Europe Operations Manager and Europe Operations team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and, willingness to savour all about the retail world.

**The role’s main responsibilities are**:

- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Europe Retail Operations Department.
- Work closely with the Europe Operations Manager to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Retail Management.
- Work closely with Europe Retail Operations Department to guarantee an adequate support to European store network regarding the omnichannel activities.
- Support Europe Retail Operations Department on the projects development in back hand area guaranteeing an adequate efficiency and efficacy.

**What requirements you need to have**:

- In-Store experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent knowledge of the English language completes the profile we are looking for. Other language skills would be preferred.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response.
- Excellent relationship skills, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with an inner drive to constantly develop and improve as well as the capability to deliver and make the difference in a fast paced environment.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
