Main responsibilities:

- Produce Training contents
- Take ownership of the Onboarding of new Retail employees
- Deliver training programs, both in person and virtually, for Retail Teams to ensure they excel in their roles providing an excellent Customer Service
- Provide guidance and stimulate activities related to the Selling Ceremony and effective selling techniques.
- Assess Training progress through Training monitoring in respect of the Training Calendar provided by the Retail Excellence Department
- Support the organization of Retail Meetings

Job requisition
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication, proactivity, high attention to detail and time management skills
- Creative thinking, problem solving skills with a «Make things happen» approach
- High-fashion sensitivity: products and branding trends awareness
- Proficient use of Italian and English (other languages are considered a plus)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Proficient in Power Point)
- Video editing skills as a plus
- University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Languages is appreciated
