**Job Title**:Training Assistant Internship

We are looking for a **Training**Assistant Intern**to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in Milan

**Job responsibilities**:
**YOUR IMPACT**

Growing your career as a Training Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to develop critical skills.

You can support the Training Manager in the following activities:

- Support the delivery of the Dior Academy trainings, follow-up of trainings referents in-store
- Extract, monitor, tracking & analysis of training data
- Create contents based on market necessities
- Take part in the training, evaluation, motivation, and development of the employees
- Ensure that customers receive the highest standards of customer service by organising training sessions in linewith Christian Dior expectations
- Support managers with specific training focuses adapting to the business and boutique needs
- To provide feedback to your manager on the training execution & highlight employees with strong ability or engagement
- Translation from English to Italian of training contents
- Record all trainings provided by employee and department to monitor the population results on a monthly and annual basis
- Plan a training monthly activity to present to the management team on regular basis

**Profile**:
**WHAT YOU CAN BRING**

**Requirements**:

- University education or a Fashion school degree (a degree in Fashion design or Fashion Communication is a plus)
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software
- Must be able to have an **Internship agreement**for 6 months provided by a school/university for 40 hours/week
