DESCRIZIONE

Esperienza di stage nella funzione del Sales Training per l’Informazione Scientifica che, all’interno del Dipartimento di Commercial Excellence, è responsabile per la pianificazione, progettazione ed erogazione delle attività formative per la Sales Force Viatris, di aggiornamento e sviluppo delle conoscenze scientifiche (aree terapeutiche e prodotti) e delle competenze (skills).

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’
- Collaborare con il Sales Trainer e con gli stakeholder interni del Business per la mappatura dei bisogni formativi
- Affiancare il Sales Trainer nell’interpretazione dei business needs e nella definizione di soluzioni efficaci in termini di interventi formativi
- Supportare il Sales Trainer nella pianificazione e progettazione del piano formativo annuale per la rete di Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco, coerentemente con le priorità di business, i tempi e le risorse disponibili
- Affiancare il Sales Trainer nell’erogazione dei progetti formativi, sia in ambito brand che skills
- Valutare con il Sales Trainer l’output della formazione e i feedback, per pianificare le attività successive o attuare ulteriori interventi
- Tracciare le attività formative effettuate nel sistema analitico di monitoraggio (svolgimento, partecipanti, risultati dell’apprendimento)
- Preparare e/o aggiornare i materiali formativi e gestirne la corretta archiviazione nei repository aziendali
- Gestire con il Sales Trainer il processo di inserimento e formazione dei nuovi Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco, mediante attività on/off the job
- Incontrare, valutare e collaborare con i partner esterni, attivati coerentemente con gli obiettivi del piano formativo e le risorse di budget a disposizione
- Collaborare con gli altri Sales Trainer per impostare ed eseguire processi efficaci ed efficienti in ambito training

REQUISITI
- Laurea in discipline scientifiche (Biologia, CTF, Farmacia, Medicina, Informazione Scientifica del Farmaco)
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e presentazione in pubblico
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta
- Abilità organizzative, relazionali e interpersonali
- Intraprendenza, energia, entusiasmo e curiosità, attitudine al problem solving
- Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio per affiancamenti alla Sales Force
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
