Outbound Sales Development Representative (Internship)

Milan, Italy

6 months, full-time (onsite)

Want to kickstart your sales career and make an impact from day one? At SumUp, you’ll connect with small businesses across Italy, learn the art of sales, and build real skills in communication and business development — all while helping us empower entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Do

- Be the first impression of SumUp — start conversations and spark interest.

- Learn our products inside-out and explain how we help small businesses grow.

- Book meetings for our field sales team and support them in closing deals.

- Spot customer needs and position SumUp as the perfect fit.

What We’re Looking For

- A proactive, curious, and ambitious mindset.

- Strong communication skills in Italian and English.

- Someone who enjoys talking to people and loves a challenge.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office (bonus if you’ve tried CRM tools).

- Any previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus — but not required
